Depending on the type of cargo and the destination country, different import and export regulations may apply. At Sendo, we support research into relevant export and import regulations in Japan and overseas to help customers avoid compliance-related risks and protect their valuable shipments.

Preparation of Customs and clearance documentation
Sendo will support the preparation of shipping documents required for import/export, such as invoices and packing lists.
Please note that the required content and criteria for certificates of origin and other legally mandated documents vary by country and may also depend on your specific circumstances. For this reason, customers are generally responsible for arranging these documents.
Depending on the details, we may be able to provide consultation; however, in such cases we will discuss the matter separately.
Sendo can support import/export operations; however, we do not prepare or obtain the certificates and documents listed above.
Information required for customs clearance must be provided by the customer.

Pickup, delivery, and container handling; vehicle arrangements.
We arrange a wide range of vehicles for pickup, delivery, and container drayage. Based on your cargoʼs size, weight, and packaging/condition, weʼll recommend the best-fit vehicle for safe, efficient transport. Vehicle-only arrangements are also available on request.

Loading into and unloading from a container
Through close coordination with our partner companies, we can handle a wide range of container loading/unloading needs at all-weather warehouses. Sendo handles items of various sizes, from large machinery to manually loaded cargo.

Temporary storage of cargo
We can arrange general warehousing and provide support at temporary storage facilities, including cargo sorting, labeling, and repacking.
